Herkimer Diamonds are Clear Quartz crystals which form within solid rock.  They have double terminated crystal ends and the smooth crystal faces allow the stone to be seen through and reflect their surroundings.  Exceptionally clear stones sparkle like a diamond.  Sterling silver wires twist and wrap the pendant securely, yet allow for maximum sparkle.  Medium size sterling silver bail.  Gemstones were mined near Herkimer, New York.
