This natural specimen of Garnet crystals within pale green and black matrix has been cut into a domed cabochon and polished to reflect the light and make the red garnet crystals shine.  Depth of color and translucency can be seen in the garnet crystals.  This is a lovely stone and an example of nature at work.  Sterling silver bezel wraps the edge of the gemstone and a large articulated bail accomodates most chains.
